不同喷肥处理对丝绵木根系活力及黄酮含量的影响

摘  要：
以生长健壮、长势均匀、无病虫害的3年生丝棉木实生苗为材料,对不同喷肥处理下丝绵木的黄酮含量和根系活力进行了测定。结果表明:4月20日至10月20日不同处理丝绵木的黄酮总增长量排序为:CK>d1>d3>d2;黄酮增长量分别在5月20日至6月20日与7月20日至8月20日达到了高峰,从两次黄酮增长量峰值总和可看出,不同处理的增长量总和均高于对照。不同喷肥处理丝绵木,根系活力除处理d3外均表现出升—降的趋势,通过计算得知处理d3的根系活力最大。综合分析可知,处理d3为0.5%尿素与0.5%磷酸二氢钾加0.1%微量元素铁、锰、锌、铜,有利于丝绵木黄酮含量的积累及根系活力的提高。

摘  要：
By taking the three-year-old Euonymus bungeanus Maxim.seedlings which grow strongly and uniformly,non-plant diseases as materials,flavonoid content and root vitality of Euonymus bungeanus Maxim.were investigated and measured with different fertilizer treatments.The results showed that the order of flavonoid increment of Euonymus bungeanus Maxim.which were spraied by different fertilizer was CK>d1>d3>d2,the sum flavonoid increments of different fertilizer treatments were higher than CK.After spraying different fertilizer plant root vitality showed a consistent law except d3,that increased first and decreased afterwards,the root vitality of d3 was maximum.In summary,d3 treatment was beneficial to the accumulation of flavonoid and the improvement of root vitality.
