黔西南连续2次冰雹天气过程作业与未作业对比分析

摘  要：
从天气实况、雷达回波和卫星云图演变情况、实际作业情况及降雹情况等方面,对2013年4月27、28日贵州省黔西南州2次冰雹天气开展的人工影响天气作业与未作业进行了对比分析。结果表明,27日因空中有飞行任务没有作业时间,雹灾较为严重;28日该州有效地开展了防雹作业,作业后灾情减轻,防区内无灾。比较对流云团发现,28日较27日云团强度更强,范围更大,充分证明了人工影响天气具有科学性和实用性。

摘  要：
From aspects of weather situation,radar echo,evolution of satellite images,actual operation and hail situation,a comparative analysis of weather modification operation and non operation carried out for two successive hail process in Qianxinan Prefecture in Guizhou Province on Apr. 27,28,2013 was conducted. The results showed that on Apr. 27,there was no operating time because of the air flight task,the hail disaster was serious; on Apr. 28,hail suppression was effectively carried out,hail disaster was mitigated after operation. Comparative analysis of convective clouds showed that clouds intensity on Apr. 28 was obviously stronger than that on Apr. 27 and range was larger,fully demonstrating weather modification was scientific and practical.
