饲料不同加工粒度对育肥猪生产性能的影响

摘  要:
试验对生长猪饲料进行了4种细度(2.0~0.9(常规粉碎)、0.355、0.154、0.1 mm)粉碎,粉碎后进行了颗粒饲料压制,然后分别饲喂15~20 kg仔猪和90 kg左右中大肥猪,分析饲料不同加工粒度对育肥猪生产性能的影响。结果表明,15~20 kg猪,0.355、0.154、0.1 mm饲料粉碎组日增质量比常规粉碎(2.0~0.9 mm)组分别提高221、170、151 g,料肉比分别降低0.70∶1、0.47∶1、0.39∶1;90 kg左右肥猪,0.355、0.154、0.1 mm饲料粉碎组日增质量比常规粉碎组分别提高173、192、-31 g;为验证0.355 mm饲料粉碎组的饲养效果,用2.0~0.9、0.355 mm粒度粉碎的饲料压制颗粒后饲喂35 kg左右中猪,结果表明,0.355 mm饲料组比2.0~0.9 mm饲料组日增质量提高145 g,料肉比减少0.45∶1;综合经济效益也以0.355、0.154 mm饲料粉碎组效果较好,但0.154 mm组相对0.355 mm组饲料加工成本较高、加工生产效率较低,故今后猪场可以用0.355 mm粒度加工饲料并颗粒化,全程饲喂肥猪,将显著提高生长速度、饲料利用率和养殖效益。

摘  要:
In the experiment, 2.0-0.9(conventional crushed), 0.355, 0.154, 0.1 mm of growing pig feed were crushed, and pellet feed was pressed. The piglets of 15-20 kg stage and those of over 90 kg stage were fed. The effect of feeding fine processing technology on performance of fattening pigs was analyzed. The results showed that the daily quality gain of the 0.355, 0.154, 0.1 mm feed grinding group of pigs with 15-20 kg increased by 221, 170, 151 g, respectively, and the ratio of feed to meat decreased by 0.7∶1, 0.47∶1, 0.39∶1,respectively, compared with the group of 2.0-0.9 mm. The daily quality gain of the 0.355, 0.154, 0.1 mm feed grinding group of pigs with 90 kg or more was 173, 192,-31 g higher than that of the 2.0-0.9 mm group. To verify the feeding effect of 0.355 mm feed grinding groud, the feed with 2.0-0.9 mm particle crushed was used to supress to the particles and then fed to about 35 kg middle pigs. The results showed that in the 35 kg stage, the daily quality gain of the 0.355 mm feed group was 145 g higher than that of the 2.0-0.9 mm feed group,and the ratio of feed to meat was reduced by 0.45∶1. The comprehensive economic benefits were also better in the 0.355, 0.154 mm feed crushing groups. However, because of the comparison between 0.355 mm and 0.154 mm particle size grinding, 0.154 mm group had higher processing cost and lower processing and production efficiency compared with the feed group. Therefore, in the future, pig farms can use 0.355 mm grain size to process and granulate the feed, and feed the whole process to pigs, which will significantly improve the growth rate, feed utilization rate and breeding efficiency.
