几种防控措施对大棚秋番茄黄化曲叶病毒病发生的影响

摘  要:
为了检验防控番茄黄化曲叶病毒病(简称TY病毒病)技术措施的效果,结合田间试验与示范,调查了种植抗病品种、防虫网覆盖、土肥处理、增施有机肥和加强田间管理等措施对大棚秋番茄TY病毒病发生的影响。结果表明,大棚覆盖防虫网可使烟粉虱数量降低94.50%,防治秋番茄品种祥瑞和天地壹号TY病毒病的效果分别达76.0%和100%。秋番茄品种或组合间抗病性差异较大,巴赫、史加利、天地壹号、组合17等抗TY病毒病品种(组合)比一品、粉美人和领袖等普通品种显示出较强的抗病性。采用土肥处理[有机肥(商品羊粪)+土壤调理剂+EM生物菌肥(液体)],可降低TY病毒病的发病率与病情指数,提高番茄坐果率,对普通品种的防病效果平均达27.1%。而在土肥处理基础上冲施有机肥,防治TY病毒病效果进一步提升,坐果率较不施底肥对照提高13.9%,呈现一定的累加效应。在种植相同品种条件下,管理精细棚户比管理粗放棚户秋番茄TY病毒病的发病率和病情指数明显降低。综上所述,选用抗TY品种、覆盖防虫网、土肥处理土壤、增施有机肥和加强田间管理均可有效防控大棚秋番茄TY病毒病。

摘  要:
In order to test the effect of some technical measures for prevention and control of tomato yellow leaf curl virus( TY virus for short) disease,the effects of several measures on plastic-protected autumn tomato TY virus disease were studied using field experiment and demonstration,including planting resistant variety,covering insect net,soil and fertilizer treatment,enforcing organic fertilizer and fine culture management and so on. The results showed that covering insect net reduced the number of Bemisia tabaci( Gennadius) by 94. 50%,and the control effects on TY virus disease of autumn tomato varieties‘Xiangrui'and‘Tiandi No. 1'reached 76. 0% and 100% respectively in plastic-protected cultivation.Autumn tomato varieties and combinations showed obvious resistance difference to TY virus,and the resistant varieties and combinations such as ‘Bahe',‘Shijiali',‘Tiandi No. 1 'and ‘combination 17 'had higher resistance than non-resistant varieties such as ‘Yipin',‘Fenmeiren'and ‘Lingxiu'. Disease incidence and disease index of plant TY virus disease could be controlled and the tomato fruit setting rate was improved by soil and fertilizer management,which was organic fertilizer( sheep manure) + soilconditioner + EM biological fertilizer( liquid). The treatment had control effect of 27. 1% for ordinary tomato varieties. Application of more organic fertilizer based on the soil and fertilizer treatment above could further elevate the control effect,and tomato fruit setting rate increased by 13. 9% compared to the control without base fertilizer application,showing a certain accumulation effect. Under the condition of the same variety,disease incidence and disease index of autumn tomatoes TY virus disease were obviously decreased by fine culture management compared with extensive culture management. To sum up,selection of resistant varieties,covering insect net,soil and fertilizer treatment,enforcing organic fertilizer and fine culture management are effective measures for prevention and control of TY virus disease of plasticprotected autumn tomatoes.
