The forestry administrative law enforcement is complicated and professional.The forestry professional knowledge is extremely important to the forestry administrative law enforcement,especially to the forestry administrative punishment.The forestry investigation,inspection or evaluation report offered by the professionals or the professional agency play the key role in determining the case nature or the direction power of administrative penalty.However,if forestry administrative law enforcement officials can master and apply the forestry professional knowledge according to the law,how will the level,ability,efficiency and effect of forestry administrative law enforcement and social influence change?Combining with the practice of administrative law enforcement,this article discusses the issue in details.
