牛副结核ELISA诊断方法研究

摘  要：
本文建立了牛副结核病ELISA诊断方法。采用亲和层析抗原。被检血清以高压粉碎草分枝杆菌吸收原进行吸收。该方法的敏感性76％,特异性97％,通过对2483头奶牛进行检测,检出率为6.1％,并与常规的补反和变态反应进行了比较。作者认为:牛副结核ELISA可以替代补反,做为检测牛副结核的一种有力手段。

摘  要：
An ELISA method was developed for the detection of antibodies to paratuberculosis in bovine sera. The antigen used for ELISA was the immunoaffinity chromatography antigen. The bovine sera detected were absorbed by the antigen of M.phlei which was killed by heating and treated in the ultrasonic wave. The ELISA sensitivity was 76%. The specifitivity was 97%. We determined 2483 sera from the suspected herds by using the ELISA technigue. of them,150 were detected as positive 6.1%. The dedection rate of CF test was 2.3% and that of the allergic reaction test was 3.7%. Among 150 positive sera tested by ELISA, 54 were positive by CF test. And whereas among 56 positive sera by CF test, all but two were positive by ELISA. The ELISA was proposed as an alternative to the CF test for the detection of antibodies against M. paratuberculosis in bovine serum.
