细胞融合技术及其在生物医药中的应用

摘  要:
细胞融合技术正日益成为生物医药研究开发中的一项重要技术 ,利用它创建了一系列兼具亲本优良性状的生物和生物制品并产生了良好的经济效益 ,促进了生物医药的产业化。文章对细胞融合技术的遗传标记筛选 ,原生质体的制备、融合与再生 ,融合子的鉴定等的研究情况进行了概述。原生质体融合技术在生物医药上的应用 ,主要集中在抗生素生产菌种改良、植物病害防治以及动物疾病防治上。展望未来 ,其应用前景必将更加广泛

摘  要:
Protoplast fusion technique is becoming more and more important in the studying and exploiting of biological medicine, a series of new species have been built through it and produced a large economic value,which also promoted the industrialization of biological medicine. some knowledge about selecting of genetic marks,preparation of protoplast,protoplast fusion,regeneration of protoplast and fusion appraisal was introduced;the review on the application of protoplast fusion technique in biological medicine was conducted,which mainly included improving antibiotics strain and treating disease of plant and animal.
