内部治理对上市证券公司成长性的影响研究

摘要：

以上市证券公司2013—2015年的数据为样本进行实证研究,分别检验了证券公司内部治理在董事会治理、管理层激励、普通员工投入、监事会作用、股权结构5个方面对其成长性的影响。研究结果表明,公司内部治理要素中的高管薪酬水平、人力资本投入、股权集中度与其成长性呈正相关关系,董事会年内会议召开次数、监事会规模与其成长性呈负相关关系。

摘要：

Based on a balanced panel data of listed securities companies from 2013 to 2015,the influences of internal governance on enterprise growth were investigated from the following five aspects :board of directors,executive incentive,ordinary staff input,the board of supervisors and ownership structure. The results showed that, among elements of corporate internal governance,there was a positive correlation between enterprise growth and the executive pay level,human capital investment and ownership concentration ratio,meanwhile,there was a negative correlation between enterprise growth and the number of board meetings,the scale of the supervisory board.
