淫羊藿多糖的超声波提取与含量测定研究

摘  要:
用苯酚-硫酸法测定淫羊藿多糖的含量。采用超声波发生器按正交设计研究了样水比例、超声时间和温度对淫羊藿多糖提取率的影响。结果显示,超声波水提法样水比例为10倍量水,超声40 m in,60℃所得产品中淫羊藿多糖的含量高,耗能低,是一种很好的提取淫羊藿多糖的方法。

摘  要:
Epimedi polysaccharides(EPS) content is determined by phenol-sulphuric acid.The rate of Epimedi powder to water,supersonic time and temperature is used to study the effects of extracting rate of Epimedi polysaccharides(EPS) with ultrasonic generator by orthogonal design.Results showed that the optimum conditions is 10 times amount of water,40 minutes and 60 ℃ every time.
