The application of new technology in food processing industry was reviewed from the several aspects in this paper. The techniques included the superfine grinding technology,the microcapsule granulation technology,the far infrared technology,the water and oil mixing deep fried and vacuum frying technology,the membrane separation technology and the supercritical fluid extraction technology.
