圆柱绕流滴灌灌水器构建及其水流特性的数值分析

摘  要:
为了进一步了解圆柱绕流灌水器内部流动机理和外部水力性能,应用FLUENT软件对其内部流动及水力性能进行数值分析,发现水流在流道单元内存在明显的主流区和涡漩区,主流区水流紊动强烈。对150个流道单元的数值计算结果显示,每个流道单元的压降为630 Pa,流道的流态指数为0.527,100 kPa工作压力时的流量为1.76L/h。初步研究结果表明,圆柱绕流流道过流断面大,水流紊动强烈,消能效果良好,抗堵塞性能强,具备构建性能良好的滴灌灌水器的条件。

摘  要:
In order to learn more about the interior flow mechanism and external hydraulic performances of circular cylinder wakes drip irrigation emitter,Fluent software(based on Computational Fluid Dynamics) is used to analyze internal flow and Hydraulic performances of the emitter.The analytical results show that there are main flow regions and eddy regions in the channel of an emitter unit,and turbulent fluctuation is strong in the main flow region.The pressure drop is 630 Pa in a unit.Behavior index is 0.527.Flow rate is 1.76 L/h when working pressure is 100 kPa.The primary research results show that there are wider cross-sections for the emitter,strong turbulent fluctuation flow,good energy dissipation effect,and powerful anti-plug abilities.It is possible to build a kind of emitter containing good performances.
