双氯灭痛涂膜剂体外透皮扩散研究

摘要：

本实验采用透皮扩散装置及离体小鼠、大鼠、家兔皮肤,以生理盐水为接受介质,进行了双氯灭痛涂膜剂体外透皮扩散研究。结果表明:双氯灭痛给药剂量为1.5 mg/cm~2时,其累积透皮百分率次序为:家兔(70.93%)>小鼠(62.43%)>大鼠(41.44%);稳态透皮速率(J)分别为107.0±6.18,90.26±8.76,64.92±11.4μg/cm~2·h。

摘要：

The in vitro penetration diffusion of diclofenac sodium paints was studied using Franz equipment and animal skin. When the dosage of diclofenac sodium was 1.5μg/cm~2 in donor compartment and 15 ml normal saline in receptor compartment, the results indicated that the accumulative amount of the diclofenac sodium through rabbits, mice and rats skin were 70.93%, 62.43% and 41.44% respectively. In stable state the percutaneous ratios(J) were 107.0±6.18(rabbits), 90.26±8.76 (mice) and 64.92±11.4μg/cm~2·h(rats).
