商用车整车下线检测系统的设计

摘  要:
随着国家对重型车排放法规的推进和潍柴国Ⅲ发动机配套范围的扩大,整车厂需要对发动机ECU进行数据修改、数据刷写、下线检测等操作。本文根据电控柴油机的特点,结合ECU数据刷写及故障诊断原理设计了方便实用的商用车整车下线检测系统。该系统可推广至各整车厂及潍柴驻外办事处,对整车厂发动机的快速切换提供可靠的保证。

摘  要:
With the development of state's emissions regulations for heavy vehicles and expansion of weichai stage III diesel engines,vehicle plants need to modify the engine ECU data,flash ECU,and diagnois at end of line.In this paper,based on the characteristics of electronic controled diesel engine,combined with the principle of ECU data flashing and fault diagnosis,we design a convenient and practical system of the commercial vehicle end of line detection system.The system can be extended to all major OEMs and Weichai offices on the vehicle OEMs to provide a reliable fast-switching guarantee.
