振动控制中作动器配置优化研究

摘  要:
为了对振动主动控制中的作动器进行配置优化,提出一种配置优化方法。以作动器的最大能效比为目标,基于改进的遗传算法完成作动器的配置优化;以某典型飞机模型作为振动主动控制对象,通过作动器配置优化仿真,验证方法的可行性;基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件及NI硬件平台,利用共振音响作为振动主动控制的作动器,完成了飞机模型的振动主动控制实验。实验结果表明,利用改进遗传算法进行作动器配置优化,结果合理,在给定控制成本的情况下可以最大限度地提升振动主动控制效果。

摘  要:
Taking the optimization of actuator configuration in active vibration control as the research object, a configuration optimization method was proposed. The method took the maximum energy efficiency ratio of the actuator as the goal, and optimized the position of the actuator based on an improved genetic algorithm. Taking a typical aircraft model as an active vibration control object, the feasibility of the method was verified through actuator configuration optimization simulation. Based on LabVIEW virtual instrument software and NI hardware platform, an active vibration control experiment of the aircraft model was completed using resonance sound as an actuator for active vibration control. The experimental results show that the optimization of actuator configuration using improved genetic algorithm is reasonable and can maximize the effectiveness of active vibration control under a given control cost.
