复合益生菌在无抗断奶仔猪饲料中的养殖生产效果及经济效益创新评估

摘  要:
研究创新设计"养殖生产效果综合排名""养殖经济效益综合排名"两个指标,评价3个益生菌产品替代饲用抗生素在断奶仔猪中的养殖生产效果与养殖经济效益.将30日龄断奶仔猪(长×大)360头分成5个处理组:负对照组(基础日粮)、正对照组(基础日粮+抗生素)、益生菌组1~3(基础日粮+益生菌1~3产品).生长性能结果显示,益生菌组3仔猪的末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量与益生菌组1、益生菌组2均差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著优于负对照组(P<0.05).益生菌组1仔猪料重比与正对照组、益生菌组2、益生菌组3均差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著低于负对照组(P<0.05).依据单一生长性能指标的排名,确定养殖生产效果综合排名依次是:益生菌组1>益生菌组3>益生菌组2>正对照组>负对照组.依据"投入-产出"养殖经济效益及增幅的数据,确定养殖经济效益综合排名,依次是:益生菌组3>益生菌组1>益生菌组2>正对照组>负对照组.结果表明,3个复合益生菌产品能够替代抗生素保障仔猪良好生长性能,且复合益生菌1和3的养殖生产效果和养殖经济效益优于复合益生菌2.

摘  要:
The objective of this experiment was to innovative evaluation of three commercial probiotic mixtures as antibiotic alternatives in weaned piglets by comprehensive ranking of production efficiency and economic benefits. Three hundred and sixty weanling piglets(Landrance×York) at the age of 30 d were designed to five treatment groups as followings: Negative control group(NC, basic dietary treatment); Positive control group(PC,basic dietary + antibiotics treatment); Probiotic mixture groups 1 to 3(PM1, PM2, and PM3, basic dietary +probiotic mixture 1 to 3 each per treatment). The final body weight, average daily gain, and average feed intake of PM3 group were no differences(P>0.05) compared with PM1 and PM2, while were greater(P<0.05) than those of NC group. The F/G ratio of PM1 was no difference(P>0.05) compared with PC, PM2 and PM3, while was lower(P<0.05) than those of NC group. According to growth performance index ranks, the order of comprehensive ranking of production efficiency for the five treatment groups was as follows: PM1>PM3>PM2>PC>NC. Meanwhile, according to the data ranking of "input-output" breeding economic benefits for each piglet per day, the order of comprehensive ranking of production economic benefits for the five treatment groups was as follows: PM3>PM1>PM2>PC>NC.These findings proved the benefits of probiotic mixtures as antibiotic alterative in weanling piglet production.Moreover, probiotic mixture 1 and 3 had distinct advantages compared with probiotic mixture 2 by comprehensive ranking of production efficiency and economic benefits.
