四川丘陵区耕地资源优化配置研究——以泸县为例

摘 要：
应用多目标规划的相关理论,通过模型方法,在综合考虑经济效益、社会效益和环境效益应的基础上,以四川泸县为例,研究四川丘陵区耕地优化配置问题,并预测获得四川泸县2015年耕地资源优化配置方案。指出,泸县应发展农业种植的优势,在发展粮食种植为主导的基础上,加强果园和林业发展;确保森林覆盖率不降低,适度地控制居民点扩展的速度,整合居民点及附近村庄的土地;加强未利用地的管理,补充泸县的耕地后备资源;提高丘陵地区耕地利用率,实现耕地资源优化配置。

摘 要：
The related theory of multi-objective programming was adopted,through model approach,based on the considering of the economic,social and environmental benefits,taking the case of Lu County in Sichuan Province,optimal allocation problems of arable land in Hilly Area of Sichuan Province was studied and the optimal allocation of resources program of Lu County in Sichuan Province in 2005 was predicted.It pointed out that Lu County should make the advantages of agricultural planting,based on grain planting,strength the development of fruit and forestry;it should ensure that the forest coverage rate were not decrease,moderate control settlement expansion of the speed,integrate land of residential areas and nearby villages;it should strengthen the management of unused land,supply the reserve cultivated land resources of Lu County.Thus,improving the efficiency of land resources and realizing the optimal allocation of land resources.
