瓜蒌皂甙的超声波辅助提取工艺研究

摘  要:
目的确定超声波辅助提取瓜篓皂甙的数学模型和最佳条件。方法:用瓜篓做试验材料,通过单因素试验和响应曲面试验确定瓜篓皂甙提取的数学模型和最佳条件。结果:超声波时间40 min、液料比30(V/W),浸置时间40 min,乙醇浓度为40%,超声波功率150 W,提取OH-浓度为1.5 mol/L,超声波温度为70℃,提取次数1次。此条件下瓜篓皂甙得率为0.93%。结论:超声波辅助提取瓜篓皂甙的方法得率高且稳定可行。

摘  要:
Objects: the optimal extracting conditions of saponin of Fructus trichosanthis by ultrasonic wavewere confirmed.Methods: with Fructus trichosanthisas experiment materials,the optimal extracting conditions were studied through single factor experiment and response surface experimentdesign.Results: the optimal extraction condition as follows: the time of ultrasonic wave extraction was 40 min,the ratio of extraction solution to the weight of Fructus trichosanthis was 30,the time of immersion was 40 min,the content of ethanol was 40%,the power of ultrasonic wave was 150 W,the content of OH-in solution was 1.5 mol·L,the temperature of ultrasonic wave was 70 ℃,the number of extraction was one.Under the above extraction condition,the yield of saponin of Fructus trichosanthiswas 0.93%.Conclusion:it was confirmed that the extracting conditions were veracious and feasible.
