摘 要：
近几年来,社会上食品安全问题频发,因此对大学生进行食品安全知识态度行为的调查是很有必要的。了解新乡学院学生食品安全知识态度行为的现状,可为在新乡学院开展食品安全教育提供科学依据,采取措施来有效提高新乡学院学生的食品安全意识。调查结果显示,新乡学院全体学生的食品安全意识不高,态度行为还比较好,只是维权意识淡薄,在食品安全方面的知识较匮乏,因此在此方面需进一步加强教育与引导。

摘 要：
In recent years,food safety problems occur frequently in society. Therefore,it is necessary to investigate students' food safety knowledge attitude behavior in Xinxiang University. The purpose is to understand the current situation of students' food safety knowledge,attitude and behavior,and provide scientific basis for carrying out food safety education,and adopting measures to effectively improve students' food safety consciousness. The results showed that the students' food safety consciousness is not high,the attitude and behavior is relatively good,rights consciousness and food safety knowledge is relatively scarce,so they need to further strengthen the education and guidance in this aspect.
