野木瓜黄酮乙醇提取工艺的响应面法优化

摘  要:
为确定野木瓜(Stauntonia chinensis)黄酮乙醇提取的最优工艺,采用乙醇溶液浸提野木瓜粉,通过紫外分光光度法确定浸提液中黄酮含量,并在单因素试验基础上,应用Box-Behnken试验设计和响应面分析法,考察了乙醇浓度、料液比、浸提温度和浸提时间4个因素对野木瓜黄酮提取量的影响。结果表明,野木瓜黄酮乙醇提取的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度83.07%、料液比(g/mL)1∶31.88、提取温度69.81℃、提取时间1.97 h,从野木瓜粉中提取黄酮的理论值为33.15 mg/g,提取率为3.32%。试验结果表明采用响应面法优化的野木瓜黄酮乙醇提取工艺条件来提高野木瓜黄酮提取率的方法可行。

摘  要:
To optimize the ethanol extraction of flavones from Stauntonia chinensis, the effects of four factors including ethanol concentration, ratio of solvent to material, extraction temperature and extraction time were investigated with response surface method based on single factor experiment and Box-Behnken design. The flavones in extraction solutions were detected with UV spectrophotometry. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were extracting 1.97 h under 69.81 ℃with ethanol concentration of 83.07%,and solvent-to-material ratio of 1∶31.88(mg/L). The predicted yield of flavones from Stauntonia chinensis was 33.15 mg / g and the extraction rate of flavones was 3.32%. It is indicated that extracting flavones from Stauntonia chinensis with ethanol is reliable.
