多穗柯不同液相提取物对糖尿病小鼠MDA/CAT活性的影响

摘  要:
用链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立糖尿病KM小鼠模型,将糖尿病KM小鼠分成阳性对照组(二甲双胍组)、多穗(Lithocarpus polystachyus Rahed)柯乙酸乙酯提取物(高、中、低)组、多穗柯水提取物(高、中、低)组。每天对模型试验组灌胃多穗柯不同液相提取液[高剂量组200 mg/(kg.d)、中剂量组100 mg/(kg.d)、低剂量组50 mg/(kg.d)],正常组灌胃生理盐水,阳性对照组灌胃二甲双胍片溶液,每隔3 d测量KM小鼠血糖值。15 d后,断头取血,测量其血清中的丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)值。结果表明,多穗柯乙酸乙酯、水相提取液都能降低小鼠血糖和小鼠血清中的MDA值,可使小鼠血清中的CAT值恢复。多穗柯提取液具有降血糖功效,对糖尿病小鼠具有一定的调节保护作用。

摘  要:
To explore the effect of the antidiabetics and antioxidant potential of different extracts from Lithocarpus polystachyus Rahed on the diabetic mice,the streptozocin induced diabetic KM mice were randomly allocated to 7 groups which were positive control group,three L.polystachyus ethyl acetate extracts groups and three L.polystachyus water extracts with high,middle and low level,respectively.The mice in treat groups were taken each extracts in different dose,i.e.50 mg/kg、100 mg/kg or 200 mg/kg every day.The normal control mice and the diabetic control mice were taken salt water orally.The mice in positive control group were taken metformin.The blood glucoses of the experimental mice were measured every three days.After 15 days,the blood of all mice were collected to detect the malondialdehyde(MDA) and catalase(CAT) value in serum.The results showed that the ethyl acetate extracts and water extracts from L.polystachyus could reduce the blood glucose and the MDA in serum,and also increase the activity of CAT in diabetic mice serum.It suggested that L.polystachyus had strong potential to regulate glucose homeostasis of the diabetic KM mice.
