枸杞瘿螨防治药剂的筛选研究

摘  要:
为了筛选出防治枸杞瘿螨的有效药剂,满足枸杞"绿色"食品生产的要求,本研究选取15%哒螨灵乳油、24%螺螨酯悬浮剂、30%乙螨唑悬浮剂等9种药剂进行田间药剂筛选研究.结果表明,24%螺螨酯悬浮剂2 000倍液、30%乙螨唑悬浮剂7 000倍液、16%四螨·哒螨灵可湿性粉剂1 500倍液、0.5%藜芦碱可溶性液剂600倍液、0.3%苦参碱水剂100倍液对枸杞瘿螨均有较好的防治效果.其中,药后14d防效最好的是24%螺螨酯悬浮剂2000倍液,达77.34%;而2种生物源药剂(0.5%藜芦碱可溶性液剂600倍液、0.3%苦参碱水剂100倍液)与2种化学药剂(30%乙螨唑悬浮剂7 000倍液、16%四螨·哒螨灵可湿性粉剂1 500倍液)之间的防效差异没有统计学意义.在枸杞成熟期,可使用0.5%藜芦碱可溶性液剂和0.3%苦参碱水剂轮换或组合使用,解决枸杞成熟期不能使用化学药剂防治害虫的技术难题.

摘  要:
For screening out effective agents for the prevention and control of wolfberry gall mites(Aceri macrodonis Keifer)and meeting the requirements of wolfberry "green" food production,nine kinds of insecticides were tested in a field experiment.The results showed that of the 9 insecticides tested,24% spirodinyl ester 2 000 fold solution,30%ethididazole 7 000 fold solution,16%tetramite pyridaben 1 500 fold solution,0.5% veratridine 600 fold solution and 0.3% matrine 100 fold solution had satisfactory control effect on A.macrodonis.24% spirodinyl ester 2 000 fold solution gave the best control effect(77.34%)14 days after drug application.No significant differencewas observed between the two biological agents(0.5% veratridine 600 fold solution and 0.3% matrine 100 fold solution)and the two chemical agents(30% ethididazole 7 000 fold solution and 16%tetramite pyridaben 1 500 fold solution)in their control effect.It is recommended that in the mature stage of the plant,0.5% veratridine and 0.3% matrine be used alternately or in combination to solve the technical problem that chemical agents cannot be used to control pests in the mature stage of Lycium barbarum.
