基于Labview的电梯曳引电机状态监测系统设计

摘  要:
针对曳引电机状态对电梯运行的重要性,设计了基于Labview的曳引电机监测系统,主要包括曳引电机的温度、速度、电流和噪声等参数的监测,并通过上位机进行实时数据显示,在电梯曳引电机的信号监测中,基于数学建模与Matlab仿真,与上位机监测数据进行比较分析,结果表明该监测系统稳定可靠.

摘  要:
Iming at the importance of traction motor conditionto elevator operation,asystem of elevator traction motor condition monitoring based on Labview is designed in this paper.The temperature, speed, current, noise and other parameters of the traction motor are monitored by this system. And that through the upper computer to real-time data display. In the signal monitoring of elevator traction motor, based on Mathematical Modeling and Matlab simulation,comparing with the data of upper computer monitoring,The results show that the system is stable and reliable.
