不同FSH注射策略对澳洲白绵羊超数排卵效果的分析

摘  要:
绵羊超数排卵过程中,供体的卵泡刺激素(FSH)注射策略会对超数排卵的效果产生显著影响.本研究以澳洲白绵羊为供体,采用随机分组法将555只供体羊随机分为组1、组2和组3.在饲养环境和FSH、孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)注射总剂量相同情况下,供体母羊情期11~14 d采用FSH+PMSG注射法,按照不同注射策略设定方案1、方案2和方案3.结果表明:方案1平均获得胚胎数(5.49±2.78)枚,可用胚胎数为(4.76±3.12)枚;方案2平均获得胚胎数(4.22±3.04)枚,平均可用胚胎数为(2.87±3.12)枚,方案3平均获得胚胎数(7.79±3.78)枚,平均可用胚胎数为(6.96±4.40)枚.3种方案的超数排卵效果差异极显著(P<0.01),方案1优于方案2(P<0.01),方案3优于方案1和方案2(P<0.01),研究结果提示,澳洲白绵羊超数排卵的效果与FSH注射策略相关.

摘  要:
In the process of superovulation in sheep, the hormone treatment of the donor has a significant effect on the effect of superovulation. In this study, Australian White sheep were used as donors, and 555 donor sheep were randomly divided into group 1, group 2 and group 3 using a random grouping method. With the same total dose of FSH and PMSG injections and the same rearing environment, the FSH + PMSG injection method was applied to ewes at estrogen period from 11 to 14 days, and scheme 1, scheme 2 and scheme 3 were set according to different FSH injection strategies. The results showed that the average number of embryos obtained in scheme 1 was 5.49 ± 2.78, and the number of available embryos was 4.76 ± 3.12. The average number of embryos obtained in scheme 2 was 4.22±3.04, and the average number of available embryos was 2.87±3.12. The average number of embryos obtained in scheme 3 was 7.79±3.78, with the average number of available embryos being 6.96±4.40. Three kinds of schemes of superovulation effect was extremely different(P<0.01), scheme 1 was better than 2(P<0.01), scheme 3 was better than that of scheme 1 and 2(P<0.01). It could be seen that the effect of superovulation in Australian white sheep was related to the FSH injection strategy.
