杀虫剂剂量转移模式对毒力表达的影响

摘  要:
杀虫剂的剂量转移模式是决定其毒力表达的基础,当药剂和测定对象不变时,其毒力因不同的处理方法而异。试验采用点滴法、离体喷雾法、在体喷雾法和浸叶法测定溴氰虫酰胺和甲维盐对斜纹夜蛾(Spodptera litura Fabricius)的毒力,探讨其剂量转移模式对毒力表达的影响。结果表明,点滴法测得的LC50分别为32.22、34.39 mg/L;离体喷雾法测得的LC50分别为142.02、28.56 mg/L;在体喷雾法测得的LC50分别为1 14.99、45.46 mg/L;浸叶法测得LC50分别为1 616.66、1.24 mg/L。可见因杀虫剂的剂量转移模式不同,其毒力可以相差50倍以上。此结论对昆虫的抗性测定方法的选择具有重要的启示作用。

摘  要:
The dose transfer mode of pesticide is the foundation for the virulence expression. The virulence may be different according to different doses and targets when the pesticide and object are same. To study effect of the dose transfer model on the virulence expression, topical application, spray, carrier spray and leaf dipping methods were used to detect the virulence of cyantraniliprole and emamectin benzoate on Spodoptera litura. The results showed that the LC50 was 32.22 mg / L(cyantraniliprole) and 34.39 mg / L(emamectin benzoate) in topical application test. In spray method, the LC50 was 142.02 mg / L(cyantraniliprole) and 28.56 mg / L(emamectin benzoate). The LC50 was 114.99 mg / L and 45.46 mg / L in carrier spray essay. The LC50 was 616.66 mg / L(cyantraniliprole) and 1.24 mg / L(emamectin benzoate) in leaf dipping experiment. It is indicated that the virulence expression had 50 times difference in different dose transfer modes. It will provide a highlight for selecting method of detecting insect resistance.
