不同抗性大豆品种对大豆孢囊线虫发育的影响

摘  要:
对不同抗性的大豆品种与大豆孢囊线虫(soybean cyst nematode)发育的关系研究,结果表明不同抗性大豆品种对田间大豆孢囊线虫发育均有较大的影响。感病品种根周的孢囊和J2数量与抗病品种相比较多,而抗病品种的变化趋势同休闲地相似。说明感病品种根浸出液刺激孢囊孵化,而抗病品种根浸出液抑制孢囊孵化。抗病品种内二龄、三龄、四龄幼虫出现高峰及数量不同,表明大豆孢囊线虫抗发育机制不同,初步推测PI90763、Pek ing、磨石豆、哈尔滨小黑豆及应县小黑豆为不同程度抗发育品种。

摘  要:
The development of different resistant soybean cultivars on the development of the soybean cyst nematode were studied in the paper.The result show that different resistant cultivars had different influences on the SCN.The No.s of susceptible cultivars cyst and second-stage juveniles(J2) are more than the resistant cultivars' in land and rhizosphere.But the influence of the resistant soybean cultivars and follow land are alike.The result show that the susceptible cultivars are benefit of the development of cyst,but the resistant cultivars are different.The resistant ablity are different and PI90763、Peking、Moshidou、Harbin xiaoheidou、Yingxian xiaoheidou are divided into the different resistant development cultivars according to the different peak stage and No.s of J2、J3、J4 in the route.
