离子色谱法测定土壤中单糖含量

摘  要:
采用糖分离柱(CarboPAC~R TM PA10,2×250 mm),以12.5 mmol·L~(-1) NaOH溶液作为流动相,Au为工作电极,Ag/AgCl为参比电极的脉冲积分安培离子色谱法,分离检测了土壤中单糖成分含量。实验结果表明,土壤中含有鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖和木糖、果糖,检出限为0.4~4.3μg·L-1,加标回收率在97.8%~115.1%之间。方法适用于土壤样品中多种单糖成分的测定。

摘  要:
Pulsed integrated amperometric ion chromatography was applied to determine monosaccharides in soil samples. CarboPAC~R TM PA10 column was used as the separation column,NaOH solution(12.5 mmol·L~(-1))was used as mobile phase,the Au and Ag/AgCl were used as working electrode and reference electrode respectively.Soil samples contained rhamnose,arabia sugar,galactose,glucose,mannose and xylose,fructose.The limit of quantification was between0.4 ~ 4.3 μg·L~(-1).Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 97.8% ~ 115.1%.The method is suitable for the determination of monosaccharides in soil samples.
