摘 要：
将NDV4克隆鄂92株制备6批活疫苗用于田间试验,用106EID50免疫7～18日龄雏鸡无毒副作用,免疫持续期达4个月以上。自然传播免疫试验表明,将非免疫鸡同免疫鸡群混合2周后,非免疫鸡群可测到抗体。试验中对榛鸡、鹌鹑和鸽等的安全性和免疫效果进行了测定,结果表明,该疫苗对这些经济禽类是安全的,并能产生理想免疫效果。

摘 要：
Six times of attenuated live vaccine were made from NDV4/HB92 and tested in field,7-18 day-old chickens were inoculated with the doses of 106 EID50.The vaccines had no bad effect on the chicken and induced over 4 monthes.Immunological assay of natural transmission showed that special antibodies can be tested in non-vaccinated chicken after 2 weeks when non-vaccinated chicken were keeped together with vaccinated chicken.In the test,the safety and the immunity effect of the vaccines to pheasant,partridge and pigeon was observed.The resultes showed that the vaccines were safe to economic poultry and were able to induce good immunity effect.
