欧亚种葡萄白粉病抗性及其稳定性研究

摘  要:
通过田间果实自然发病率调查和室内离体叶圆片接种鉴定,研究了67个欧亚种葡萄品种的白粉病抗性和4个白粉菌自然群体的致病力。结果表明,寄主品种之间存在着抗病性的显著差异,根据其白粉病抗性不同,可将它们分为抗病、中抗和低抗三种类型;根据白粉菌自然群体的致病力水平可将其分为致病力强和致病力弱两种类型,但寄主—病原间特异性互作不显著。对不同组合的自交和杂交后代群体幼苗温室接种鉴定结果表明,欧亚种葡萄品种间白粉病抗性的差异可稳定遗传,受微效多基因的控制。由于在欧亚种中存在着微效抗病基因,且其作用可长期保持稳定,所以可利用该种品种间杂交来提高对白粉病的抗性。此外,叶片和果实抗病性高度相关,为杂种实生苗早期选择提供了坚实的实验基础。

摘  要:
The resistance to Uncinula necator was studied with 67 cultivars of Vitis vinifera by inoculation on leaf discs in laboratory and by natural infection of berries in field condition. The relation between the host and the pathogen was also studied by specific inoculation using 4 natural pathogen groupes and 5 host varieties in laboratory conditions. The results showed that the pathogenecity of the natural groupes of the pathogen and the resistance of the host varieties were both different, but there was no specific interaction between the host and the pathogen . Evaluation on resistance to this disease in progenies from both selfing and hybridization of cultivars of V. vinifera, by artificial inoculation on plants in greenhouse, showed that the differences of the resistance level among the varieties could be stably inherited, as the proportion of resistant plants in progenies was positively correlated, to resistance level of their parent (s) . These indicate chat minor resistant genes exist in V.vinifera and the differences of resistance to powdery mildew in F. vinifera are probably due to the different number of resistant genes and their nature. The resistance in leaves is positively correlated with that in berries.Consequently, the resistance level of grapes to U.necator can be increased by intraspecific hybridization of V. vinifera and this resistance level will remain stable.
