欠发达地区农村金融效率实证研究——以新疆为例

摘  要：
"三农问题"的解决不仅需要来自农村金融方面的大量资金支持,农村金融效率的高低更是影响农村经济发展的关键。基于新疆1995—2014年农村金融与经济统计数据,利用因子分析法与回归分析法对影响新疆农村金融效率及农村经济发展的关键因素进行研究。结果表明,农业投资投向效率、农村储蓄投资转化效率和农村储蓄动员效率是影响新疆农村金融效率的三大因素,且农业投资投向效率与农村储蓄投资转化效率对农村经济的拉动作用最大。

摘  要：
The solution of "Three rural issues"requires a lot of financial support from rural finance. The level of rural financial efficiency is the key to rural economic development. Based the rural financial and economic statistics in 1995-2014 of Xinjiang,by using the factor analysis and regression analysis,the key factors influencing the efficiency of rural finance and rural economic development in Xinjiang were studied. The results show that the efficiency of agricultural investment,the conversion efficiency of rural savings and the efficiency of rural savings mobilization are the main factors that affect the efficiency of rural finance in Xinjiang,and the efficiency of investment in agriculture and the conversion efficiency of rural savings had the biggest boost to rural economy.
