基于改进自适应遗传算法的风电场无功规划优化研究

摘  要:
针对风速与风电出力的随机性,使用基于概率分析的多场景方法研究风电场电力系统无功规划问题,建立了多场景期望值模型。在此基础之上,采用改进自适应遗传算法,使用分段自适应选择策略、连续变化的变异概率计算方法,提高了算法稳定性,减少了收敛代数,增强了全局寻优能力。通过算例验证了模型及算法的正确性和有效性。

摘  要:
Contrapose the randomness of wind speed and the wind power, the multi-scenario method based on probability analysis was used to study the reac-tive power planning of wind power system, and the multi-scenario expectation model was set up. On this basis, the improved adaptive genetic algorithm with segmented self-adaptive selection strategy and the continuous changing mutation probability calculation method were used to improve the algorithm stability,reduce the convergence of generation number, and enhance the global optimization ability. The analysis of examples has verified the correctness and effective-ness of the model and the algorithm.
