摘 要:
该文介绍X2105球铁曲轴用气体软氮化表面强化的研究成果.通过正交设计法试验,确定的气体软氮化的最优工艺参数.本试验对氮化层的金相组织、显微硬度及白亮层的相结构作了研究.发现在白亮层中有少量的ξ相(Fe_2N)存在,白亮层没有产生脆裂迹象.同时还对气体软氮化曲轴和正火曲轴的疲劳强度和耐磨性进行了对比试验,并进行了软氮化曲轴的耐久性试验.试验结果表明:软氮化曲轴与非软氮化曲轴相比,疲劳强度提高了70%,耐磨性提高了4.4倍.曲轴使用寿命可超过5000小时.此外,软氮化曲轴的变形量及轴颈涨量均能控制在要求的范围内.

INVESTIGATION ON SURFACE INTENSIFYING OF X2105 NODULAR IRON CRANKSHAFT BY NITEMPERING METHOD

Research works on this project included determination of optimum technological parameters used in nitempering process, metallographical tests for faitigue strength and wear resistance in comparison with those by normalizing process, and endurance tests. In the white nitempered layer, a small amount of ξ phase (Fe2N)was found, but no trace of rupture was occurred. Results showed that, in comparison to those by normalizing process, the faitigue strength was 70% higher, the wear resistance had been increased 4.4 times, and the endurance life had reached 5000 hours and over. Besides, tile deformation of the crankshaft and the expansion of the journals after the nitempering treatmant could be controlled within the desired limits.
