低聚木糖和纳豆芽孢杆菌对幼犬血液指标的影响

摘  要:
在幼犬日粮中添加0.2‰低聚木糖和2‰纳豆芽孢杆菌,研究其对幼犬血液生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加低聚木糖组总蛋白含量有一定的升高,添加纳豆芽孢杆菌组总蛋白含量降低了6.03%(P>0.05);球蛋白含量分别提高了42.63%和7.90%(P<0.01);血液尿素氮含量分别降低了11.95%和9.51%(P<0.01);添加低聚木糖组和添加纳豆芽孢杆菌组的MDA降低了18.91%(P<0.01)和18.19%(P<0.05),SOD提高了23.36%和16.50%(P>0.05),GSH-PX增加了18.97%(P<0.01)和15.49%(P<0.05)。说明幼犬日粮中添加一定量的低聚木糖和纳豆芽孢杆菌,能够提高幼犬机体免疫力和抗氧化能力。

摘  要:
Effects of adding 0.2‰ xylooligosaccharide and 2‰ bacillus natto on serum biochemical parameters and antioxidant activity of young canines in diet were investigated. The results showed that the total protein in blood of the adding xy-looligosaccharide treatment was a little higher than that of the control, and the total protein in blood of the adding bacillus natto treatment decreased 6.03%(P>0.05)than that of the control. Compared with the control, the contents of globulin of the xylooligosaccharide and bacillus natto addition treatment increased 42.63% and 7.90% respectively(P<0.01). And the contents of urea nitrogen in the 2 treatment decreased by 11.95% and 9.51% respectively (P<0.01)compared with the control. In contrast control, the addtion of xylooligosaccharide and bacillus natto made the contents of MDA degraded by 18.91%(P<0.01) and 18.19%(P<0.05) respectively, the activities of SOD increased by 23.36% and 16.50%(P>0.05)respectively, GSH–PX levels increased by 18.97%(P<0.01) and 15.49%(P<0.05) respectively. The study indicated that adding some doses of xy-looligosaccharide and bacillus natto in young canine's diet could improve immune and antioxidant activity of the organism.
