氢溴酸槟榔碱驱除犬绦虫的田间试验

摘  要：
利用氢溴酸槟榔碱按5、7.5mg/kg体重剂量进行了驱除犬绦虫的田间试验。结果表明:5mg/kg剂量一次投药后的下泄率和呕吐率分别为58.8%和5.9%,无反应率为41.2%;7.5mg/kg剂量的下泄率和呕吐率均为62.5%,无反应率为37.5%。犬绦虫感染率为50%,其中细粒棘球绦虫感染率为25%,感染强度为0~893条。

摘  要：
A field test of deworming tapeworm in dog was conducted by arecoline hydrobromide in a dose of 5,7.5mg/kg,The results showed that the excretion rate and the vomit rat in dog were 58.8% and 5.9%,the no-reaction rate was 41.2% when the dose was 5mg/kg,and 62.5%,62.5%and 37.5% when the dose was 7.5mg/kg,respectively The infection rate of tapeworm in dog was 50%.The infection rate of Echinococcus granulosus was 25% The infective intensity was 0～893.
