镧对UV-B辐射胁迫下大豆幼苗叶绿素含量的影响

摘  要:
采用水培实验方法研究了La对紫外辐射(UV-B:0.15Wm2,0.45Wm2)胁迫下大豆(Glycine max)幼苗叶绿素含量及叶绿素a/b值的影响。实验结果表明:与CK相比,无UV-B胁迫时20mgL1LaCl3能明显提高大豆幼苗的叶绿素含量,且叶绿素a的增幅(12.77%)大于叶绿素b(0.00);UV-B处理使大豆幼苗叶绿素含量降低,且T2处理(0.45Wm2)中的下降幅度(12.18%)大于T1(0.15Wm2)处理,叶绿素a的降幅大于叶绿素b,但适量浓度的La溶液有抑制叶绿素含量降低的作用;在叶绿素含量变化动态图中,20mgL1LaCl3处理组叶绿素含量均高于CK组,也高于60mgL1LaCl3处理组,La+UV-B处理组叶绿素含量与UV-B处理组走势近似,但降幅小于后者,即La具有提高大豆幼苗叶绿素含量、缓解UV-B辐射伤害的作用。

摘  要:
Effect of La on the chlorophyll content of Soybean(Glycine max) seedling under elevated ultraviolet-B radiation(UV-B,280~320 nm) was studied.After exposing of seedling to UV-B radiation for 5 days,the content of chlorophyll a and b of soybean seedling was decreased by 10.20% and 12.18% respectively,compared with the control.The dosage of radiation had good direct correlation with change of chlorophyll content.When seedling was pretreated by 20mgL~(-1)LaCl_(3),the content of chlorophyll a and b of soybean seedling under UV-B stress was increased by 4.82% and 4.53% respectively.It can be concluded that the rare earth can elevate the content of chlorophyll and promote the protective potential against to UV-B stress.Exposed to UV-B radiation by 0.45 Wm~(-2),the injury of seedling was more and more serious,and the organs of plant were damaged finally.By 0.15 Wm~(-2),the chlorophyll a content was decreased by 13.14%;chlorophyll b was no change.La can promote the protective effect of plant against UV-B stress and alleviate the injury to plant.
