两种杀虫剂对黄栀子绿灰蝶的田间防效初探

摘  要:
黄栀子原产于中国,有着十分广泛的用途,其果是传统中药,经济价值极高.绿灰蝶是我国黄栀子种植区的重要害虫之一,但目前尚未有登记的防治农药.为筛选出安全、有效防治黄栀子绿灰蝶的杀虫剂,参照田间药效试验的一般方法,设计并开展此试验.结果 表明,试验药剂20亿PIB/mL甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂制剂用量90、105、120mL/667m2和4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油制剂用量30mL/667m2对黄栀子绿灰蝶均有较好防效,药后3d防效均在81%以上,药后10d防效均在95%,药后20d防效均为100%,保果效果均在93%以上.

摘  要:
Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,originated from China,has extensive uses and extremely high economic values with its fruit as a kind of traditional Chinese medicine. Artipe eryx( Linnaeus) is one of the major insects threatening Gardenia jasminoides Ellis and currently there has been no legally registered insecticide to control the insect. In order to screen out safe and effective insecticides to control Artipe eryx( Linnaeus),field efficacy trials were designed and carried out in accordance with general principles for the field efficacy trials of pesticides. The results showed that both Mamestra brassicae nuclear polyhedrosis virus( MbNPV) 2 billion PIB/m L SC with application rate of 90、105、120 m L/667 m~2 and beta cypermethrin 4. 5% EC with application rate of 30 g/667 m~2,provided the control efficacy above 81% on the 3~(th) day after spray,above 95% on the 10~(th) day and 100% on the 20~(th) day,and a fruit-protection efficacy above 93%,while.
