产业结构改革下海洋渔业经济增长结构效应研究——来自面板门槛模型的解释

摘  要：
渔业供给侧结构性改革是实现渔业经济高质量发展的有效路径。在结构改革背景下,探究海洋渔业经济增长结构效应具有一定的现实意义。本文采用面板门槛模型,多维度分析了海洋渔业产业结构变动对海洋渔业经济增长的影响及作用路径。结果显示:海洋渔业产业结构高级化、合理化、软化、生产结构变化对海洋渔业经济增长影响的阶段性特征明显,总体表现出产业结构调整对海洋渔业经济增长具有结构红利,产业结构高级化的贡献度要高于合理化、软化与生产结构,更有利于推动海洋渔业经济增长。同时生产方式的转变提高了海水养殖业地位,推动了海洋渔业的稳定发展。结果表明未来海洋渔业在于追求高端、精深、特色产业发展而非产业间均衡发展,重点增强海洋渔业工业、服务业实力,实现工业化与服务化协同演进。

摘  要：
The structural reform of the fishery supply side is an effective path for the fishery economy to achieve high quality development. It is of practical significance to explore the structural effects of marine fisheries economic growth under the background of structural reform.This paper uses the panel threshold model to analyze the impact and the action path of changes in marine fishery industry structure on marine fisheries economic growth from different aspects. The results show that the phased characteristics of impact of the marine fishery industry structure's advanced,rationalization,softening,transformation of production structure on the economic growth of marine fisheries are significant. The overall performance of industrial restructuring has a structural dividend for the economic growth of marine fisheries,and the contribution of the advanced industrial structure is higher than rationalization,softening and production structure,and is more conducive to promoting the economic growth of marine fisheries. The transformation of production methods has improved the status of the marine aquaculture industry,and promoted the stable development of the marine fishery economy. The research results show that in the future marine fishery lies in pursuing the development of high-end,deep and characteristic industries rather than the balanced development of industries,focusing on improving the level of marine fishery industry and services,and achieving the coordinated promotion of industrialization and service.
