以浓缩磷酸的浓密渣酸制取富过磷酸钙的实验研究

摘  要:
生产商品磷酸 (5 2 % P2 O5)的渣酸 ,如返回磷酸反应系统循环运行 ,会给生产带来一系列问题 ,故需寻找渣酸的利用途径。该文介绍渣酸的组成 (P2 O547.5 9% ,含固量 35 .4 8% ) ,利用稀酸加入磷矿粉 ,采用稀酸固化法制取富过磷酸钙的实验情况及结果 :控制渣酸液相 P2 O545 % ,加入磷矿粉量相当于理论酸用量 10 0 % ,选用低温反应(高温易引起 P2 O5退化 ) ;可获得有效 P2 O5(35± 2 ) %、磷的水溶率≥ 85 %、w(H2 O) 10 %~ 12 %、切削及化成物料性能良好的产品

摘  要:
If recycled into reaction system, the sludge acid from commercial phosphoric acid (52% P\-2O\-5) will yield a serial of problems, thus a solution to utilize these sludge acid is searched. The constituent of sludge acid is presented(P\-2O\-5 47.59%, solid 35.48%). The sludge acid can be added into phosphate rock powder and produce enriched superphosphate. The research shows: on the sludge acid with 45% P\-2O\-5 concentration , added phosphate rock powder at 100% of the theoretical and low reaction temperature( regression under a higher temperature), a product can be achieved with available P\-2O\-5 (35±2)%; in which water soluble phosphorus is no less than 85%, moisture 10%~12%, and good cutting and solidifying properties.
