人性化护理干预在急性脑卒中患者医院感染防控中的效果评价

摘 要：
目的探讨实施人性化护理干预后急性脑卒中患者医院感染的控制效果。方法选取急性脑卒中患者240例,分为干预组120例和对照组120例,干预组入院时给予加强感染宣教,加强预防感染的人性化护理干预措施,对照组采用常规护理措施。比较2组患者的感染发生率和护理满意度。结果干预组感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理干预可降低患者医院感染发生率,提高护理满意度,对临床护理工作具有积极的推动作用。

摘 要：
Objective To explore the control effect of the patients with acute stroke after the humanized nursing intervention.Methods 240 patients with acute stroke were divided into the intervention group(120 cases treated with infection mission and humanized nursing infection prevention)and the control group(120 cases treated with common nursing).The incidences of hospital infection and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results The incidence of hospital infection in intervention group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction on nursing was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions The humanized nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of hospital infection,and improve satisfaction on nursing,which has a positive effect on the clinical nursing.
