磁性核壳纳米材料的制备及其吸油性研究

摘 要:
利用溶剂热法制备了高分散Fe3O4纳米微球,以此为核,制备了2种核壳型亲水纳米微球Fe3O4@SiO2和Fe3O4@mSiO2,通过TEM、FTIR和N2吸脱附等温曲线来表征微球,并通过表面疏水改性改变微球表面性质得到2种疏水材料:材料1和材料2.将这2种疏水材料应用于机油、柴油的吸油性研究.结果表明:具有介孔结构的材料2对柴油的吸油率可达9.67g/g,对机油的吸油率可达15.03g/g,材料再生后可重复使用5~6次.

摘 要:
Two kinds of core-shell nanoparticles Fe3O4@SiO2and Fe3O4@mSiO2 whose magnetic kernels were high-dispersed Fe3O4nanoparticles were prepared and characterized in detail by TEM,FTIR and N2adsorption-desorption.The results showed that oil adsorption capacity of material 2which was in mesoporous structure for diesel oil and motor oil was approximate to 9.67g/g and 15.03g/g respectively.The material could be reused for 5~6times after regeneration.
