基于电力驱动的拖拉机动力系统设计分析

摘  要:
针对目前我国大部分拖拉机仍采用燃油提供动力的现状,设计了基于电力驱动的拖拉机动力系统。拖拉机动力系统主要分为硬件部分和软件部分,硬件主要组成为驾驶引导模块、电源模块、动力输出模块和负载模块,软件部分为系统通道模块和数据存储模块。该动力系统通过模糊控制理论对换档过程的离合器进行控制,以提高拖拉机的动力和性能。试验结果表明:拖拉机动力系统可以为拖拉机的作业提供足够的动力,能够满足农业要求。

摘  要:
In view of the current situation that most tractors in our country is petrol powered, a tractor power system driven by electricity was designed. The tractor power system can be divided into hardware part and software part. The hardware part was constituted of driving guidance module, power module, power output module and load module. The software part was constituted of system channel module and data memory module. The power system controlled the clutch during shifting process by fuzzy control theory to improve the power and performance of the tractor. The experiment results show that the power system of the tractor could provide sufficient power to the tractor work, it could meet the requirement of the agriculture.
