冻融交替对伊犁河谷草原土壤氮素含量的影响

摘  要:
以伊犁河谷典型草地土壤为研究对象,获得多点0~20cm表层土壤,通过室内模拟冻融温度(设置为-25、-5、-25~5℃)试验,研究冻融交替(次数设置为0~10)对草原土壤氮素的影响。结果表明:1)土壤全氮含量随着冻融交替次数的变化呈先增加后减少的变化趋势。土壤全氮含量在冻融交替1次后达最大值,冻融交替3~9次时,土壤全氮含量呈下降变化趋势,冻融交替10次时,草原土壤全氮含量达到最小值。2)冻融交替次数对土壤碱解氮含量有显著的影响,冻融交替次数越多,土壤碱解氮含量越大。不同温度处理在冻融交替次数为10时,土壤碱解氮含量达最大值。3)统计结果分析表明,造成土壤氮素含量变化的主要原因为冻融交替次数,其次为温度。4)冻融交替影响土壤硝态氮和铵态氮含量。硝态氮含量随着冻融强度和次数的增加而减小,而铵态氮含量为先减小后增加。

摘  要:
Taking the Yili′s grassland soil as the research object,sampled the 0-20 cm surface soil of the Tuohulasu grassland Yining county.Simulated freezing and thawing test was carried out in the laboratory to determine its impact on total nitrogen content of the sampled soil.The results showed that,1)The total nitrogen content of the sampled soil increased firstly and then decreased with the change of the number of alternate freezing and thawing.Soil total nitrogen content reached the maximum value at the 1st freezing and thawing test.Then decreased continuously from the 3rd to the 9th test,reached the minimum value at the 10 th test.2)The frequency of alternative freezing and thawing had a significant effect on the content of soil available nitrogen in the grassland soil.With the increase of the frequency of freezing thawing cycles,the available nitrogen content in the soil increased.The available nitrogen content of the soil reached the maximum value at the 10 th freezing and thawing test under all levels of temperature treatment.3)The statistical analysis showed that the freezing and thawing temperature had no significant effect on soil nitrogen.Rather than freezing and thawing temperature,the main cause of the change of soil nitrogen was freezing and thawing frequency.4)The freezing and thawing treatment could also influence the content of nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen.Nitrate content decreased with the increase of freeze-thaw intensity and frequency,and ammonium nitrogen increased after the first decreased.
