摘  要:
雪菜是我国长江流域一带普遍种植的加工型蔬菜,富含维生素C,茎、叶中含有大量对人体有益的微量元素,既可鲜食,也可腌制,深受人们喜爱。文章对浙江沿海地区雪菜的品种类型、栽培季节、种植模式、肥水管理及病虫草害防治等关键技术进行了综述,并介绍了控制雪菜中亚硝酸盐的措施,为生产提供参考。

摘  要:
Potherb mustard is widely grown in the Yangtze river area of China. It is rich in vitamin C, stem, leaf contains a lot of microelements that are beneficial to human body, can eat fresh already, also can pickle, be loved by people. In this paper, the key techniques such as variety types, cultivation seasons and planting patterns, fertilizer and water management and control of diseases, pests and weeds in coastal areas of Zhejiang province were summarized. The measures to control nitrite were introduced. It can provide reference for production.
