摘  要：
在市场竞争白热化的当今经济社会,信息在各领域的应用显得越来越重要。因此,针对目前我国农机制造企业管理中的信息化需求,结合其自身的管理特点,同时在山东时风集团ERP实施案例分析的基础上,引入ERP的管理理念,提出强调信息集成和业务流程优化的ERP管理应用方案,力求实现管理技术与计算机技术的有机结合,全面、有效地解决管理中的难题,降低生产成本,提高行业整体管理信息化水平。

摘  要：
Nowadays,market competition being intensified in the economic society,information in various fields of application is becoming increasingly important.so in light of China's agricultural machinery industry's vital management needs,considering the feature of management itself,and based on analyzing the successful experiences of Shandong Shi Feng group,integrate the ERP management concept,propose the ERP management application plan which put emphasis on information integration,and business process optimization,try to achieve the organic integration of computer technology and management technology,solve the current problems in the management,reduce production costs and improve the industry management level effectively.
