摘  要：
为探讨乳酸提取糖萜素对母猪繁殖性能和仔猪生长性能及血清指标的影响,选取妊娠80 d、体重和胎次相近、健康的二元杂经产母猪(长×大)进行试验,以基础日粮中添加400 mg/kg糖萜素组(试验Ⅰ组)、添加250 mg/kg乳酸生物提取糖萜素组(试验Ⅱ组)和对照组,仔猪按照与母猪组别一致的原则分组进行试验,测定各组母猪繁殖性能和仔猪生长性能;检测各组母猪血清T-SOD、总T-AOC和MDA的活性及断奶仔猪血清生化指标。结果显示,乳酸提取糖萜素能提高母猪繁殖性能,促进仔猪生长;仔猪的消化吸收、营养物质代谢(特别是蛋白质代谢)加强,仔猪机体免疫力提高。

摘  要：
In order to investigate the effect of Saccharicterpenin extracted from lactic acid on reproductive performance of sows and serum indexes of piglets,select the pregnancy is about 80 d,body weight,parity similar health binary sows( Landrace × Yorkshire) test,in basal diet supplemented with400 mg / kg Saccharicterpenin group( experimental group Ⅰ),adding 250 mg / kg of Saccharicterpenin extracted from lactic acid( group Ⅱ) and control group,piglets were grouped according to the principle of group consensus,reproductive performance of sows and growth performance of piglets in each group were determined; detection of sow serum levels of T- SOD,total T- AOC and MDA activity and biochemical indexes of weaned piglets in each group. The results show,Saccharicterpenin extracted from lactic acid improve reproductive performance,and promote the growth of pigs; piglets digestion and absorption,metabolism of nutrients( particularly protein metabolism) strengthen,enhance immunity in piglets.
