安徽烟草赤星病菌生物学特性及致病力分化研究

摘  要:
研究了安徽地区烟草赤星病菌的生物学特性和致病力分化,结果表明,该菌在10~35℃条件下均能生长,最适生长温度为25~30℃,温度低于7℃或高于40℃菌丝不能生长;分生孢子致死温度是53℃5min和50℃10min,幼菌丝致死温度是52℃5min和49℃10min。病菌在pH4.0~11.0的范围内均能生长,呈现双峰曲线,即在pH6.0~pH8.0生长较快,尤以pH6.0和pH8.0的条件下菌丝生长更快;分生孢子在pH4.0~11.0之间均可以萌发;在pH6.0时,产孢量最高。在光照和黑暗交替的条件下,有利于菌丝的生长和孢子产生。致病力测定结果表明,不同菌株之间致病力存在显著差异,根据接种K326烟草后所致病情指数的大小可供试菌株致病力划分为致病力强、中等、弱和不致病4种类型,说明安徽烟草赤星病菌存在明显的致病力分化;在不同烟区间和同一烟区内均存在不同致病力类型的菌株,致病力类型的分布与菌株地区来源有一定的相关。

摘  要:
The biological characteristics and pathogenicity differentiation of Alternaria alternate in Anhui were systematically investigated.Results showed that hyphae can grow from 10 ℃ to 35 ℃and the optimum temperature was from 25 ℃ to 30 ℃.Temperatures of lower than 7 ℃ or higher than 40 ℃ were not fit for mycelial growth.The lethal temperature of conidia was 53 ℃ for 5 min or 50 ℃ for 10 min,while that of hyphae was 52 ℃ for 5 min or 49 ℃ for 10 min.Pathogenic fungus can grow under condition of pH 4.0~6.0,showing double peak curve,with optimum at pH 6 and pH 8.0.The optimum pH for conidial production and mycelium growth were 6.0 and 8.0,respectively.It was benefitial for mycelial growth and concidial production under the condition of alternating between illumination and darkness.Results of pathogenicity study showed that there was significant differentiation in pathogenicity of A.alternata strains to tobacco leaves among isolates.According to average disease indices of lesions on tobacco leaves,the pathogenicity of all isolates was classified into four categories:strong,intermediate,weak,and nonpathogenic.There were different pathogenic types of A.alternata isolates among different growing areas and in the same area,suggesting that the distribution of the pathogenic types of A.alternata isolates was related to their localities.
