湖南省洞口县牛尿素中毒诊治报告

摘  要：
针对湖南省洞口县牛尿素中毒病历,采用左赚部套洞针(竹洞针)穿刺术放气、灌入食醋、葡萄糖输液等抢救和治疗方案.牛场存栏328头,239头中毒,发病率72.9%,治疗239头,治愈216头,治愈率90.4%,较首例牛尿素中毒病例治愈率100%降低了9.6%;瘤胃膨气病病牛128头,治愈105头,治愈率82.0%,较洞口县首例牛尿素中毒病例治愈率100%下降了18.0%.并对牛瘤胃膨气病最佳抢救时间和尿素养牛正确用量用法进行了探索,供同行参考.

摘  要：
The cow urea poisoning in Dongkou County, Hunan Province, produced a simple bamboo hole needle, performed a left margin hole needle(bamboo hole needle) puncture and aspiration, injected vinegar, glucose infusion and other rescue and treatment programs. There were 328 heads and 239 heads of poisoning in cattle farms,with a morbidity rate of 72.9%, 239 heads of treatment, 216 heads of cure, and a cure rate of 90.4%. Compared with the first case of urea poisoning in cattle, the cure rate was 100%, a decrease of 9.6%, and the rumen inflatable disease. 128 cows, cure 105 heads, cure rate of 82.0%, The cure rate of the first case of urea poisoning in Dongkou County was 100%, a decrease of 18.0%. The optimal rescue time and the proper usage of urine for cattle breeding were also explored for reference by colleagues.
