思南县2014年7月13~17日持续性降水特征分析和服务总结

摘  要：
进入2014年汛期后,思南县所有乡镇均发生过暴雨或大暴雨。自4月1日后,思南县先后遭受10次大范围强降水袭击,其中最严重的一次是7月13~17日全县大范围持续性降水。几次暴雨导致下垫面过于饱和,河水上涨迅速,农作物连番受灾,气象部门及时提供了暴雨天气预报,严格执行"三个叫应"的原则,减少了国民经济损失。在此主要对2014年7月13~17日发生在思南县暴雨的服务进行总结,提出适合气象思南气象服务发展的有关建议,能更好地为当地党委政府服务。

摘  要：
After entering the flood season of 2014,all villages and towns of Sinan County had appeared heavy rain or big heavy rain. Since April1 st,Sinan County has suffered from a wide range of 10 times attacks of heavy rain,the most serious one of which is 7. 13- 7. 17 continuous precipitation. Several heavy rains lead to overly saturation of underlying surface,the rapid rise of river and the overwhelming affecting of crops,the department of meteorology provided timely weather forecast and strictly implemented the principle of " three call should be",reducing the loss of national economy. This article is mainly about the summary of service 7. 13- 7. 17 rainstorm in Sinan County,several suggestions for meteorological service were put forward,in order to provide better services for the local Party committee and government.
