摘  要：
邮政储蓄银行的批准筹建对农村金融体系和社会主义新农村建设有着巨大的意义,同时也存在很多风险和挑战。从农村金融的特征出发论证邮政储蓄银行建立的必要性和可行性,分析邮政储蓄银行在农村金融框架下建立和发展将面临的治理结构,农村市场定位,农村市场竞争等方面的问题,并提出解决的建议。

摘  要：
The approval of the establishment of Post-office Saving Bank is of great importance in the building of rural finance system and new socialist rural.Meanwhile,it faces a lot of risk and challenge.In this paper the necessity and the feasibility of the establishment of Post-office Saving Bank were firstly justified on the basis of the character of rural finance;then the challenge it would be confronted in rural market was analyzed in terms of governance structure,market position and market competition and finally some advices on how to resolve it were put forward.
