海南山地雨林土壤CH_4通量与环境因子的关系研究

摘  要:
采用静态箱法采样、气相色谱法测定等方法,2012年6月-2013年5月分别对海南省热带山地雨林原始林(PMR)、热带山地雨林次生林(SMR)和热带山地雨林鸡毛松林(PIP)的土壤CH_4通量及其与土壤含水孔隙率(WFPS)、土壤温度关系进行了研究,结果为尖峰岭热带山地雨林土壤年平均CH_4通量为(-0.594 7±0.112 0)mg CH_4m~(-2)·d~(-1),不同林型间差异不显著(P>0.05),其中SMR土壤为(-0.505 8±0.202 6)mg CH_4 m~(-2)·d~(-1),PIP土壤为(-0.625 6±0.161 3)mg CH_4m~(-2)·d~(-1);PMR土壤为(-0.633 4±0.196 8)mg CH_4m~(-2)·d~(-1);3种林型的土壤CH_4通量与土壤温度之间的关系不显著(P>0.05);土壤CH_4通量分别与WFPS、SMR的WFPS呈显著线性关系(P<0.01),与PMR的WFPS关系不显著(P>0.05)。

摘  要:
This study selected the tropical montane rainforest in Jianfengling,Hainan Island as the study area.The relationship between soil greenhouse gas CH_4 and environmental factors were studied.The results showed that average annual CH_4 flux of soil in this region is(-0.594 7±0.1120)mgCH_4 m~(-2)·d~(-1),no significant difference existed among different forest types(P>0.05).CH_4 flux through SMR is(-0.505 8±0.202 6)mg CH_4 m~(-2)·d~(-1),that through PIP is(-0.625 6±0.161 3)mg CH_4 m~(-2)·d~(-1),and(-0.633 4±0.196 8)mg CH_4 m~(-2)·d~(-1) through PMR.CH_4 flux had no significant relationship with soil temperature,but there was a significant linear relationship with WFPS and SMR.No significant relationship was found between other indicators of soil and CH_4 flux.
