浅析利用MDOS系统和ISOS软件对比审核A文件

摘  要：
2015年7月,气象资料业务系统(简称MDOS)正式运行,地面气象观测数据在上传时效、质量控制时效、月报表数据制作方面均发生了变化。过去月报表数据文件(简称A文件),是台站用地面气象测报业务软件(简称ISOS)制作,用OSSMO软件预审,2015年7月之后用MDOS系统制作。虽然MDOS系统提高了国家、省、台站三级气象资料的数据质量控制时效,提高了气象资料的应用能力,但是由于台站上传的部分数据有缺测或者错误,用MDOS系统制作出的A文件就会出现错误,基于此还要台站预审员用ISOS软件制作A文件进行对比。本文主要介绍台站分别用MDOS系统和ISOS软件制作月报表数据A文件并进行对比审核的过程,以保证上传MDOS系统数据的正确性和气象资料的完整性。

摘  要：
Meteorological data operation system(MDOS) serviced since July2017,which caused changes in upload effectiveness, quality control effectiveness,and monthly report production for ground meteorological observation data.Monthly data file(A file) was made with ISOS software and per-audited by OSSMO software before,and made with MDOS system after July 2017.Although MDOS system improved control effectiveness of three-grade meteorological data, and increased comprehensive application ability of meteorological data, A file was incorrect due to missing data or erroneous data by meteorological station.Therefore,reviewers in meteorological station needed to make an A file with ISOS software to compare with that made by MDOS system.This paper mainly introduced contrast and check process of A file made with MDOS system and ISOS software,in order to ensure correctness of data uploaded by MDOS system and completeness of meteorological information.
